The commercial terms of a Sip2Me environment, in the order people actually ask about them.

Effective date: 25 August 2026
Sip2Me™ is operated by ARMIT Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). PO Box 275, Norwood, NJ 07648 · support@armit.co

What Sip2Me provides

A dedicated environment

A communications server environment provisioned exclusively for your organization inside Sip2Me’s private infrastructure. Nobody else shares it. Sip2Me hosts, maintains, secures and operates it.

Carrier connectivity

Carrier termination is engineered into the platform. You do not select a trunk provider, negotiate a rate deck or reconcile destination charges.

The platform

Business calling, teams and roles, routing, queues and business hours, smart voicemail, Missed Call Rescue™, Sip2Me Command, configuration, monitoring, updates and support.

What it costs

$199 per month, per location

One price for the managed communications environment. No Sip2Me per-minute billing, no destination markups and no telecom rate sheet.

Sip2Me’s economics are built around operating the platform, not turning every conversation into another telecom charge.

What sits outside it

Handsets you choose to buy, number porting fees charged by a losing carrier, and anything you ask us to build that is not part of the platform. We will tell you before, not after.

Missed Call Rescue™

Off until you switch it on

Rescue does not place a single call until an owner or admin enables it, and it can be switched off at any moment from Command. Where an environment answers for more than one business, each number is decided separately.

You decide what is said

You write what your business says. Sip2Me owns two sentences it will not let you remove: Ray naming himself as automated and naming your business, and the caller being told how to stop. Those are what make an automated callback defensible.

Acceptable use

Rescue exists to return calls people made to you. It may not be used for marketing to people who did not call, for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that misrepresents who is calling. We will suspend the feature rather than participate in that.

Leaving

Month to month

No minimum term, no automatic renewal into a fresh year, and no notice period designed to catch you out.

Portable by design

We can export the applicable Sip2Me server configuration so your environment can be redeployed elsewhere, rather than forcing you to reconstruct your communications architecture from scratch. Your business numbers remain portable.

Your records

Your call history is yours. On request we will export it and delete our copy — except the stop list, which we keep so that a person who asked never to be called is not forgotten.

The ordinary parts

Availability

We aim to keep your environment running and to be reachable when it is not. Telephony depends on carrier networks and public internet we do not control, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Emergency calling

Emergency services routing depends on the registered address held for each line. Keeping that address correct matters, and Sip2Me Command shows you what is registered so you can check it.

Changes to these terms

If they change materially we will tell you before they take effect, not by quietly editing this page.

These terms describe how Sip2Me is actually operated. They are written to be understood rather than to be impenetrable, and they do not replace the signed agreement between your business and ARMIT Company, which governs.
